Quality, Precision, Durability: These are the three assurances guaranteed by Fred Marvin Associates to each of our customers in each of our products. We guarantee our tools and parts against any defect in workmanship, materials, and temper. If an item is found to be defective, we will replace it at no cost. *Items returned to Fred Marvin Associates must have shipping charges prepaid. Any product not manufactured by Fred Marvin Associates is subject to the expressed or implied warranty of the original manufacturer.

Established Accounts
1% 10 days, Net 30. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) will be added to all invoices that are 30 days beyond invoice date.

Unestablished Accounts
C.O.D. cash for all unestablished accounts.

All Accounts
Any account past 90 days will automatically revert to C.O.D.

Credit Card
Credit card orders and purchases will only be processed when the respective item(s) and shipping charges to the card are cleared and authorized.
